Parking can be really tight at noon. Try half an hour early or use Order Ahead and pick up to go.

Has a front table service as you can watch people move by, food is fresh and also houses a ATM inside. Better carry your cash.

This place only gives you one freaking napkin. You better hope you don't crack a sweat eating your Pho!
