Nem cuon pork sausage spring roll is similar to Brodard's in SoCal. They add the crunchy fried rice paper inside! In picture we already ate most of it haha.

Very clear broth, a lot of meat in the Dac Biet. But not much meat at all in Pho Ox Tail.
