The pho with rare beef is cheap in price but rich in flavor with a complex broth and lots of fresh herbs to add into the bowl.

Order the chicken pho, which is arguably the best chicken pho in the bay area. They have freshly made noodles. This is northern style pho, so it's clear broth and no frills.
