Avocado ScrambleI think I've found my favorite breakfast dish in PDX. Somehow this dish took me back to mornings in Antigua Guatemala. The flavors were so wonderfully delicious.

Everything on the breakfast menu is amazing! My personal favorites are the coconut french toast and the avocado scramble. The fresh squeezed orange juice is very tasty, but a bit pricey.

Try the Brazil Bowl w/ coconut rice. It's a bit spendy but amazingly delicious.
