Dan dan noodles are the best. Dumplings in chili oil, hot sauce style fish, double cooked... ... with garlic, and the spicy cucumbers. Yum!

The pork fried rice is best when ordered with approximately 4-6 on the special Han Dynasty heat index.

Food is great, family style and served fresh out of the kitchen. Spicy cucumbers, Dan Dan noodles are all really goo apps.

10 levels of HOT - if you love spicy this place is where it's AT! Dan Dan noodles are a must. Wonton in chili oil is sweet & spicy. Crispy cucumber in chili oil also great!

Great Chinese: The menu is organized by spice, on a scale of 1 (mild) to 10 (call the fire department). Suggestions: the delicate dumplings in a chili oil bath (4), and the dan dan noodles (6).
