This spot is great for vegetarians. Definitely try the Chilli Dofu, it's delicious. It's no longer BYOB, but they have cheap beer and wine.

My favorite vegetarian dish is #16 Tsel Gyathuk Ngopa, which is sauteed noodles mixed with fresh green vegetables and tofu. Make sure you add the chili sauce that you get on the side.
