There are a lot of Thai places in NYC; but V{IV} is the best. Northern Thai food dishes differentiates then from other Thai places in the city. Never had a bad meal here.

Waitress was VERY outgoing and friendly, when she wasn't hanging out with her friends at the table next to us. Great deco, & drinks-good! I do feel it to be very 'cliquey'… (2 of 4 petals via Fondu)

Chic, cozy new bar in HK. Drinks were nice to look at and even better to taste. Service is good and friendly, even complimentary lemon drops, thank you! HK welcomes VIV to the neighborhood : )
