Get two tissues. One to smash your meat down. Put that off to the side. Use the other to smash vegetables and noodles down. If you do that, you can get a decent size portion into a small bowl.

This place made me love tofu.. Not kidding!!! They make all their noodles and stuff by hand! I suggest cramming all you can in your bowl with the paper to get more :)

They are getting skimpy here... they wouldnt cook things on my tray! They threw my overflow away... im sticking 2 the snobbsdale location from now on.

I find yc's, while their food is decent, to be a rip off. Shavings of meat, small bowls, & then forced to PAY for a to go box? I almost walked out, bowl in hand. Lose a $.50 box, or a $10 bowl?

Pile it high with great stuff, use tissues to compress the meat. Great pre and post workout meal. Get a to-go box and watch your portion sizes.
