Don't really care for the service or the atmosphere. We sat outside and the owners were sitting outside and we're smoking. But food was good.

One size bowl of pho = $7.50 but they have other Viet rice dishes and banh mein (subs). And you can drink beer. And open until 2AM. No contest.

If you're in the DC area, make a trip here! Family-run place with some of the best Vietnamese food I've had anywhere. They take Thierry time so expect to be patient.
