Resolved: Cha gio are the best egg rolls. Even before you consider that you can get them for $0.60 each at Huong Binh.

Tiny stall down a hallway in Eden Center. Specialty is bun bo hue, a fiery lemongrass based soup with beef and round rice noodles. Don't come here and order phò, it's not the spot for that.
