Agreed this is best Thai in NYC. 2 must tries: pad kee mao & papaya salad. Taro rolls were so so and the lemongrass soup was too salty.

Another great thai place. Not a fancy one, but they cook well and affordable. Be aware, their spicyness is really hot

Solid Thai food, but I'd consider other options since they're in abundance in the area like Sri Pra Phai.

This is by far my most favorite thai restaurant in queens. I keep on coming back to try new specialities, they have a broad selection of dishes.

Simply the best Thai food in NYC. Catfish mango salad, raw blue crab papaya salad, whole striped bass with spicy lemon sauce, rard na noodles. All amazing!!

Challenging the culinary hegemony of Sripraphai, Chao Thai offers dishes from several regions.

Get Soft shell crab mango salad. But be very careful about hotness level. They will say it is not hot at all but even the medium managed to blow me up. Just go with mild.

Small place, slow service and mediocre food.

Love the bar snacks, like sour sausage offered w/ basil, mint, peanuts, and pickled veggies.

Love the Pad Ce ew and try adding the rack sauces, they give the food a kick. Also if you love "chicharrones" try the fried pork skins with Chinese broccoli -delish!

Get the Papaya Salad, you won't regret it.

the spicy here is HOT! I always get mild (still has a kick, don't worry)
