The best thing we tried was the handmade noodles. Thick, chewy, delicious. Wontons were great too. Dumplings - not so much. The interior needs some refreshing .

Get the dumplings pan-fried! Definitely worth the higher price. Their hot and sour soup, green onion pancakes, and handmade noodles are delicious, too.

The Shan Dong special dumplings w/pork and veggies. Another close must are the pork and leeks dumplings. And get the sautéed pea sprouts and dry braised green beans too :D
